Based in Singapore, Ridhma provides data analyses and consultation services for clients across Southeast Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. She works closely with stakeholders in corporate R&D and government agencies who drive innovation to strengthen their competitive edge and the national innovation agenda for sustainable economic growth.

With over a decade of extensive experience in intellectual property (IP), Ridhma has worked with universities, corporate and governmental clients across Southeast Asia, India, Taiwan and Hong Kong to help them power innovation and make confident IP decisions across the entire IP lifecycle to achieve their business objectives. Her areas of expertise include prior art searches, patent analytics and IP management. Ridhma has conducted several IP education workshops for clients.

Ridhma also represents Clarivate Analytics as a regular conference speaker at innovation and IP industry events in Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong to share best practices in IP management and IP commercialization. Before joining Clarivate Analytics in 2013, Ridhma worked for IBM and Evalueserve in IP consulting and business development.

Ridhma holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Punjab Engineering College in India. Her training at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) summer school in South Korea led her to pursue a career in IP management and she has not looked back since. Her career has taken her to live in India, Thailand and now Singapore where she resides with her family.
